Meet Pam Neighbors
Pam Neighbors is the Founder of Trillium Ink Academy and a Master Artist and Educator. She has over 30 years of experience in the field. Licensed in three states, Pam is a certified permanent cosmetic artist and scalp micropigmentation artist, and is accomplished in tattoo art, scar camouflage, esthetics, and microneedling.
